Hiya Darlings,

After the poll we've had and the recent trend in stock providing, I've made an executive decision. Fear me and hear me ROAR! :jedi: :giggle: So here it goes:

:bulletpink:  From now on, regular stock that has been listed as premium content can be submitted to the regular gallery folders.

:bulletpink:  The Exclusive Stock that you use for contest or other exclusive purposes still go into the Exclusive Stock folder.

As much as I hated to do it, putting my regular stock up as premium content has virtually eliminated stock theft. I know a lot of you have done this as well. Hopefully this will help you during the submissions process and spread it out a bit so the Exclusives Folder doesn't overflow.

- Just a reminder: We do not accept off-site downloads, submissions listed as photography, or premade bgs/precut stocks that do not have their credits on them. You must credit it, even if it's your own resources.

Group Submission GuidelinesUpdated Group Submission Guidelines
Hiya Darlings,
We've had a large influx of new members, and I'd like to say welcome to all of them! I've gone through and updated our group submission guidelines. If you are new to the group, or just want a refresher on what is accepted and what's not, please read the rules below. Remember, If it's violating any of the rules, it will be declined. No arguments will be accepted. If you are going to submit it to this group Love it, Live it, Learn it. :) We will not be one of those sub-par groups that accepts invalid resources.
General Submissions:
- All submissions must be listed in the Resources & Stock section of deviantART. Everything else will be declined.
- You must be a member of the group to submit stock.
- All submissions must be a minimum size of 1000 x 1000 pixels. The only exception is for vintage images, but really.. most scanners can scan a higher resolution than that anyw
Regarding Pre-Cut Images and Group Rule ChangesYou have one week before I begin cleaning out the Pre-Cut Image folder. As I've said in the past, these clean-outs are not intended to offend anyone, but merely to ensure that our galleries are up to par with the :devart: Terms and Guidelines regarding stock. From now on all pre-cut/cut out images must have their resources credited, even if it is your own image to be accepted into the group. I will begin declining uncredited submissions today. Also keep in mind that the same goes for pre-made backgrounds.
We've had a lot of submissions in the Photography section lately. Please keep in mind that we only accept submissions listed in the Resources & Stock section of :devart:. If it is not listed in that primary category, it doesn't belong in this group, and it will not be approved. I am also considering removing the Art from our Stocks folder, and switching it over to the Group Favorites to avoid confusion.
Also, if you create stock in a fractal or 3D program li
Premade Backgrounds and Group Submission ChangesToday we’re going to address the “Circle of Stock.” Cue Disney’s “The Lion King” theme song and call me Mufasa. Just like in the circle of life, what we do affects another group, and returns to affect us again. We have a responsibility to the artists that use our stock to provide legitimate and safe stock resources. As an administrator for a few art groups as well as stock groups, I have seen what happens to the artists who use invalid stock resources. They have had their art declined, or had to replace stock elements through no fault of their own.  This especially includes those who includes celebrity or otherwise copyrighted material, even if it was uploaded to the Resources and Stocks section of :devart:. It isn’t fair to the artists who use the “stock” and hurts the credibility of not only the stock provider who uploads it, but the stock community itself.
Premade backgrounds have always seemed to be flo

That's about it for now. I hope you all have a wonderful day/evening!
